This policy sets out the framework for achieving equal opportunities and the standards of behaviour expected from all members and visitors, or service users and providers of services or associated with Lord Rama Krishna Cultural Centre..

4. Responsibilities:
- Management Responsibilities: LRKTCC Management team are responsible for implementing and enforcing this policy. They must lead by example and ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to the principles of equal opportunities.
- Members and Responsibilities: All Members have a personal responsibility to ensure that their actions comply with this policy. They should report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment.
5. Reporting and Addressing Issues:
Any member or service provider or visitor who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or unfair treatment should report their concerns to the Lord Rama Krishna Cultural Centre management team . All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed accordingly.
6. Monitoring and Review:
Lord Rama Krishna will regularly monitor and review its equal opportunities policy to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with current legislation. We will make adjustments as necessary to improve our practices and promote equality within the Cultural Centre.
7. Legal Compliance:
This policy is in line with the Equality Act 2010 and other relevant legislation. Lord Rama Krishna is committed to complying with all legal requirements to promote equality and prevent discrimination.
8. Communication:
This policy will be communicated to all members of the management team and Cultural Centre members and made available on the LRKCC’s intranet and notice boards. New members will be informed of this policy during their introduction.
